Here it is the first of June and we are talking about heat loss.  This is the time of year when most homes are built so it is the correct time to be thinking of energy efficiency.

Here are a couple simple but significantly important facts.

1.)  heat always moves towards cold
2.)  a tiny open penetration that is impossible to see can cause significant heat loss
3.)  cold air penetration will lead to a "chimney effect" drawing heat out of a home.

The "chimney effect" is our major enemy.  Air leaving a home typically upward into the attic will be replaced with cold air entering the home through all the various tiny cracks and crevices.

The most effective way to stop the "chimney effect" is to seal off all penetrations.  And, the best way to seal those penetrations is with sprayed in foam insulation.

Vermont Modular is the only modular dealer in Vermont to offer full sprayed in foam insulation.

Connect the dots and you will quickly see that Vermont Modular is your best deal.
